Section 01

1. Introduction and Ecosystem Access

Welcome to Leap. The Leap platform is entirely owned and operated by Dendro Logic Ltd. We provide the definitive human capital infrastructure for the modern economy. By accessing our platform, whether through the Talent Portal, the Recruiter Command, or the Enterprise Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Our goal is to provide a radically accessible and secure environment for data-driven career growth and workforce management. We operate this platform to translate complex employment histories into validated capability ledgers. If you do not agree with the logic or the rules set out in this document, you must not use our services.

Section 02

2. Glossary of Logic (Definitions)

To ensure absolute clarity throughout this document, we define our core terminology as follows:

  • We / Us / Our:Refers to Dendro Logic Ltd, the legal entity that owns and operates the Leap platform.
  • The Platform:The Leap application, including all associated portals, the AI guide Opal, and our proprietary matching engines.
  • Capability Ledger:The locked, tamper-proof record of a user's validated skills, micro-credentials, and scenario-based decision-making data.
  • Skills Passport:The exportable, machine-readable proof-of-work dossier belonging to an individual user.
  • Opal:Our AI-powered career guide.
  • Enterprise Partner:A licensed business or recruiter accessing the platform to discover talent or map internal human capital.
Section 03

3. Data Sovereignty and Privacy

We believe that your professional growth is an immutable personal asset. Leap operates under a strict Right to Carry protocol. If you are an individual user, you retain permanent ownership of your validated capability ledger.

Even if your access to the platform was originally provided or sponsored by an Enterprise Partner, your historical growth and verified credentials belong entirely to you. You are free to export your Skills Passport at any time. We do not hold your professional data hostage.

To understand exactly how we process, store, and protect your information in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, you must review our comprehensive Privacy Policy. Your use of Leap constitutes your acknowledgement of these data processing protocols.

Section 04

4. Intellectual Property and Architecture

While you maintain absolute ownership over your personal data and the contents of your Skills Passport, Dendro Logic Ltd retains all intellectual property rights to the Platform itself.

This includes our proprietary matching algorithms, the Opal career intelligence model, the user interface, and the underlying code architecture. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the platform for its intended professional purposes.

You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or extract the source code or proprietary logic that powers Leap.

Section 05

5. Acceptable Use and Information Integrity

The reliability of the Leap ecosystem depends entirely on the accuracy of the information provided by our users. You agree to use the platform strictly for lawful, professional purposes.

Rules of Ecosystem Integrity:

  • Accuracy of InformationYou must provide truthful and accurate information regarding your work history, qualifications, and capabilities.
  • Personal SecurityYour account is strictly personal. You must not share your access credentials, sell your profile, or allow any third party to operate your Capability Ledger.
  • Prohibition of Synthetic ProfilesThe creation of fraudulent accounts or the manipulation of capability ledgers using synthetic data is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.
  • System ProtectionYou must not upload documents containing malicious software, attempt to bypass our Zero-Trust boundaries, or scrape data from our portals using automated scripts.
  • Professional ConductWhen interacting with Opal, recruiters, or the Pathway Alumni Network, you must maintain a respectful and professional demeanour.
Section 06

6. Enterprise Licensing and Third-Party Integrations

If you access Leap as a Recruiter or Enterprise Partner, your commercial use of the platform is governed by these terms alongside your specific Enterprise Service Agreement. You agree to handle all candidate data in strict accordance with UK GDPR.

If we detect that an organisation is using our data to facilitate exclusionary or discriminatory hiring practices, we reserve the right to revoke access immediately to protect the ecosystem.

Leap actively integrates with third-party applicant tracking systems and educational platforms to provide a seamless workflow. However, we do not control these external services. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or data practices of any third-party platform you choose to connect with your Leap account.

Section 07

7. Algorithmic Transparency and Opal

Opal is designed to be your empathetic career oracle, providing dynamic guidance based on the data you provide. We guarantee an Explainable Decision Architecture. This means you have the right to understand the logic behind any match score or career recommendation you receive.

However, Opal is a navigational guide, not a human agent. While we subject our algorithms to rigorous weekly bias audits and maintain strict guardrails, you acknowledge that automated matching is a tool to assist your decision-making. It is not a replacement for your own professional judgement.

Section 08

8. Professional Boundaries and Limitation of Liability

Leap provides the validated data endpoint and the technical logic to facilitate career transitions. We do not act as a traditional headhunting agency, a legal advisor, or a regulated financial consultant.

Any tools we provide regarding salary negotiation, vested benefit forecasting, or upskilling returns on investment are strictly mathematical and illustrative. We do not guarantee employment, nor do we accept liability for any financial or professional losses incurred as a result of relying solely on platform recommendations.

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Dendro Logic Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses arising from your use of the platform. However, nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Section 09

9. Ecosystem Protection and User Indemnity

To protect the stability of the Leap platform, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access without notice if we detect any misuse or breach of these terms.

If your intentional misuse of the platform causes legal or financial harm to Dendro Logic Ltd, you agree to indemnify us. We enforce this strictly to ensure our data remains a trusted, reliable endpoint for individuals and enterprises alike.

Section 10

10. Account Closure and Cryptographic Shredding

We believe the right to delete data should be as frictionless as the right to create it. You may terminate your account at any time using the Master Switch located in your dashboard.

Upon activation, we will initiate a verified de-provisioning protocol. Your personal identifiers will be subjected to cryptographic shredding within 30 days, rendering your data technically unrecoverable.

Section 11

11. Modifications to the Logic

The labour market is dynamic, and our technology evolves to meet it. We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service as we refine our methodology or as UK legislation changes.

When we make significant updates, we will provide a clear Logic Bridge report to our users, explaining the changes in plain English. Your continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Section 12

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any associated dispute.

Conclusion of Agreement

This Digital Charter constitutes the entire legal agreement between you and Dendro Logic Ltd regarding your use of the Leap platform. It supersedes any prior agreements or communications.
